If you are consideringorthoscopic surgery for a torn rotator cuff, I recommend Dr. Charles Toman. I had extensive surgery on Feb 3,2011, following his directions after 3 months I have excellent movement in my right arm. Dr. Toman has a physical therapy service on site.
